In a vibrant cultural meeting, the Anthology “Coplas and Vidalas of Our Land” was presented last Sunday, May 5 at the prestigious Buenos Aires International Book Fair. The event, which took place at the Stand of UPCNbrought together an enthusiastic audience that filled the room, in which representatives from various Argentine provinces stood out, including Catamarca, Santiago del Estero, Salta, Tucumán and Jujuy.
The Santiago delegation, in particular, had the distinguished presence of the renowned poet and writer Hugo Orlando Ramirezaccompanied by Casilda Chazarretaprominent Vidalera and Quichuista, as well as for Graciela LedesmaSecretary of Culture of UPCN, who radiated the spirit and cultural wealth of the region.

A moving video projected her essence and her contribution to the Quichua language, also highlighting her facet as an epistolary writer and her commitment to the dispossessed and marginalized of the society of her time.
On Monday the 6th, the celebration continued with the presentation of distinctions to the participants of the Historical Stories Contest, held in the Tulio H Room. Donzi of the Yellow Pavilion, a moment of recognition and exaltation of the diversity and richness of national history.
This presentation at the Buenos Aires International Book Fair not only honors the memory of outstanding figures of Argentine culture, but also highlights the importance of preserving and disseminating the literary and cultural legacy of our lands, uniting through the word the different regions of the country in an embrace of identity and tradition.
