The Book Fair moves to the Convention Center

The 2024 edition of the Provincial Book Fair will have a new location. It will take place at the Corrientes Convention Center (802 Gregorio Pomar Avenue), from Thursday, July 11 to Friday, July 19.
Given the reactivation of the port of Corrientes, starting on July 3 with the arrival of 400 containers, the result of the successful trade mission of the provincial Executive, the development of the XIV Corrientes Book Fair will have a new location and duration.
This space of 4,000 square meters covered and 14 thousand meters outdoors will house more than 30 publishers and bookstores from the provincial territory that applied through a public call to participate in this edition of the fair, in addition to the institutional stands with confirmed participation.
It is also the perfect time for the more than 150 book presentations, workshops and talks scheduled to take place from Thursday 11 to Friday 19 July.
As usual, there will also be space for performing arts, cinema and live music, with a stage that will serve as a central auditorium for some literary presentations.
The Corrientes Convention Center, which has large venues equipped for large events and with modern infrastructure and technology, will provide the appropriate framework for the development of the Provincial Book Fair for 9 days, opening its doors from 2 to 10 p.m. With free entry.
