NH Hotel Group, part of Minor Hotels, will now operate as Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. This fact occurs after the vote, which took place last Friday during the General Shareholders’ Meeting, in favor of the change of the company’s corporate name by the shareholders of NH Hotel Group.

According to the company, by adopting the name of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, NH Hotel Group reinforces its integration with Minor Hotels, and promotes a unique and recognizable corporate identity for interested parties. accelerating the global growth of the hotel group.

NH Hoteles chain would be interested in Royal Hotels
The collaboration between both groups has allowed the arrival of two of the NH Hotel Group’s registered brands (NH and NH Collection) to markets in Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, with further expansions underway. Furthermore, as they mention, has strengthened Minor Hotels’ position in the luxury and high-end segments in Europe and America by opening establishments under the Anantara, Avani and Tivoli brands. Currently, Minor Hotels Europe & Americas has more than 350 establishments in 30 countries in Europe and America.
The firm plans to grow in all segments, focusing on its luxury and high-end brands. Of the 200 properties that Minor Hotels plans to add worldwide by the end of 2026, more than 50 will be in Europe. In addition, on the American continent there will also be new openings across the entire Minor Hotels brand portfolio.
NH Hotel Group opened its first property in 1978 with the NH Ciudad de Pamplona hotel. After becoming one of the first hotel chains in Spain, it successfully expanded throughout Europe and America.
