Kinperium investment group bought Hiniker

The North American investment group Kinperium Industries Inc. completed the acquisition of Hiniker Co., a manufacturer of agricultural and snow management equipment, based in Minnesota (USA).

Hiniker is a company with more than 50 years of experience and its product portfolio includes seeders, cultivators, crushers and other machines.

For its part, Kinperium is a family group that invests in long-term businesses and provides resources to strengthen the companies it buys.

He has experience and expertise in operations, engineering, finance, sales and marketing, as well as talent management in the manufacturing sector.

Its portfolio includes three other major market-leading manufacturers, with 15 locations in North America.
