Marlen Olivari faces a complex family moment due to the delicate state of his father, Valentin Olivariwho is found hospitalized since Thursday.
Through her social networks, the showman caused concern by asking her followers to pray for her father’s health. “He is in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) with acute cranial hemorrhage”, he explained on his Instagram account.
In a conversation with MONthe panelist of “Tal Cual” (TV+) provided details about the complicated situation that her father was facing.
“A few days ago, my dad started to get disoriented. He told us one day that he saw everything blank, then he fell and they called us from the supermarket informing us that there was a man who said his name was Valentín Patricio and that he didn’t know how to get back home.”Marlen said.
As he explained, together with his relatives they have divided the task of taking care of his parents, both elderly adults. Because of this, some days are spent in Concón and Viña del Mar, and others in Santiago.
After what happened, Marlen said that she and her father visited a neurologist in the capital last Thursday and that they performed a scan and some blood tests. It was at that moment that a doctor informed him that they had to hospitalize her parent since he had “a cranial hemorrhage.”
“I couldn’t believe what he was telling me and I waited for them to take him to the ICU.”, he confessed.
The businesswoman indicated that she returned to Viña del Mar after spending several days accompanying her father and that some relatives visited him in the hospital.
“The medical reports indicated that they were controlling the bleeding and trying to get him out of his critical condition. However, today (Saturday) when My cousin went to see him, he looked extremely deteriorated and the doctor told us that the bleeding had returned, along with huge increases in blood pressure, arrhythmias, that the prognosis was unpredictable and that they were trying to remove him from life-threatening condition.”Marlen revealed.
Along the same lines, he added: “We don’t know what’s going to happen, because today is bad.“We are praying and appealing to the wonderful hearts of all my followers and people who have faith.”
“My father is my eyes, I care about him with all my heart“I prepare breakfast and lunch for him, I cut his hair, I do exercises in bed for him to stay active and I spoil him a lot, along with buying him his medicines and taking him to the doctor,” Marlen revealed.
Finally, Olivari emotionally confessed: “He is a good and generous man. Everyone knows him in Concón as Don Patricio, the knight of the dogs (…) We are waiting for a miracle”.
