UNITED STATES.- The renowned chef Gordon Ramsay has sent a crucial message to all parents after survive a serious bike accident this week. Through his Instagram account, Ramsay, 57 years oldrevealed that his helmet was decisive in saving his life during the incident that occurred in Connecticutdays before Father’s Day.
Ramsay described the accident as “really bad” and he admitted that it shook him deeply. He profusely thanked the medical team, including trauma surgeons, doctors and hospital nurses who treated him, highlighting their incredible work. He emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet, regardless of the distance of the trip or the cost of these safety implements.
Incident without Serious Injuries, but with Important Lessons
Despite the scare, Ramsay shared with relief that He did not suffer any fractures or serious injuries.although He showed a large bruise on his torso, comparing it to a “purple potato.”.
