The salary of Primary Care doctors in Andalusia varies depending on the responsibility, destiny and seniority, like that of the rest of the health workers and officials. The Andalusian Health Service (SAS) marks in the 2023 Remuneration Resolution for the staff of Health Centers how salaries will remain during this year, with the 2.5 percent increase which was established as a maximum by the General State Budget Law.
The salary of public service doctors is divided into basic and complementary remunerations, which are established by each administration based on the characteristics of the position and the person who performs it. To the base salary is added the target plugin, which in this case is 677.15 euros; the amounts of the specific supplement for the factors of dedication and incompatibility, which is 848.21 euros; the specific supplement for difficulty, responsibility and hardship, which is 637.52 euros in the case of family doctors who are in hospitals and 258.02 euros in the case of doctors in health centers. Also added is the seniority by three yearsfor every three years of service they add 49.59 euros.
The main difference that determines the salary of family doctors in Andalusia is their destination. Those who work in hospitals receive 3,451.19 euros per monthwhich translate into 50,705.46 euros per year. Those who carry out their work in health centers earn 3,071.69 euros at the end of the monthwhich represent a total of 42,017.04 euros per year. However, to these figures we should add the trienniums by seniority that correspond to each worker.
