Invited to Podemos Hablar, ex-husbands Mauricio Pinilla and Gissella Gallardo addressed what their current relationship is like after separating in 2022, after 20 years of marriage, revealing that the sun came out after the storm and today they are the best of friends, almost brothers.
This is what the journalist herself said, who confessed that she will support her ex-husband all her life, because he is the father of her three children.

It all started when they were discussing Pinilla’s process when she decided to check into a clinic after feeling emotionally disconnected from her children. A complex situation that Gissella had to face alone and take care of the family, along with the pain caused by the death of her father.
“It has been super difficult, to be honest, point one, because deep down in one of the most difficult moments of my life is the issue of my father, his illness and then his death, it is like you need someone to support you.” ytI thought I would support my children and also support Mauricio, which for me is a concern, an issue, because I want him to be well. Regarding his personal process, Pinilla told how he decided to undergo psychological treatment.
“It was a super important decision that I made, I actually felt disconnected from the emotional ties with my children, I went into a strong depression, the only thing I did was go out to work and come home to lock myself in. I didn’t want to have more people… the key moment arrived in which God enlightened me and told me ‘Mauro, you are not going to get out of this alone, get advice from a specialist and I made the decision to go to a clinic.’to give me the emotional and psychological support to be able to get out of the situation I was in.”
