On the afternoon of this June 10, the sentence against Juan Darthésactor ‘Ugly Duckling’, 59 years old, for sexual abuse against Thelma Fardin, while the concert tour was taking place.

After several years of proceedings, the Federal Court of Second Instance of Brazil gave the condemning verdict against Darthés, in which he was sentenced to six years in prison for sexual assault against Fardin.

It should be noted that the actor’s defense added that he will not go to jail immediately, since the sentence will be reviewed by two more instances of appeal, the Constitutional Court and the Superior Court of Brazil.
Meanwhile, the actress’s first statements were known: “It is very difficult to get here (…). I received many attacks.
