In the last few days, the setup for the two dates of the Morat concert began. The band that managed to fill two dates at the El Campín stadium and that this Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7, will perform in their hometown, after successful tours in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and more.

Given the circumstances of these two concerts, the city is preparing, among other things, to manage mobility during these two days. For this reason, Transmilenio announced that they will extend their schedules on both the zonal and main routes.

Transmilenio routes

The extension of the schedule will be for Saturday between 11 and 11:30 pm; and Sunday between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm.

3. From El Campín Stadium to the Americas Portal

SITP routes

The extension of the schedule will be for Saturday between 11 and 11:30 pm; and Sunday between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm.

1. North-south service, Galerías neighborhood: 97

2. North-south service, Carrera 30: H608, H631, T26, T11, T163 and SE14.

3. South-north direction service, Carrera 30: T26, T11, T163, AA002 and 599.

Learn about road closures and detours

The Ministry of Mobility authorized the following road closures, from 10:00 pm on July 4 to 3:00 am on July 8, 2024, on the following road sections:

⦁ Complete closure of both lanes of Transversal 28 between Carrera 28 and Av. Calle 57, including the pedestrian path on the western side. The organizer must implement a controlled access and exit lane for residents on the eastern side. The pedestrian path on the eastern side will not be affected.

⦁ Complete closure of both lanes on Calle 53B Bis between Carrera 28 and Av. Carrera 30 (Av. NQS), including the north and south pedestrian paths.

⦁ Complete closure of Carrera 28 between Calle 53B Bis and Calle 53B. A controlled access lane must be implemented for residents of Transversal 28 (east side) between Calle 53B Bis and Av. Calle 57.

⦁ Complete closure of Calle 57A between Av. NQS and the North Parking Lot access and controlled closure from said access and Diagonal 61C, including pedestrian walkways on both sides.

⦁ Partial closure of the eastern pedestrian path of Av. NQS between Calle 53B Bis and Calle 57A, (The perimeter fence must be located on the eastern side of the bike path, without affecting it). The organizer must have plastic barriers (briefcases) intertwined at the edge of the road on the pedestrian path, in order to discourage the ascent and descent of those attending the activity on Av. Carrera (Av. NQS).

⦁ Closure of the eastbound lane of the eastbound carriageway of Av. NQS (Av. Carrera 30) between Calle 53B and Calle 57A, for the transfer of cyclists.

Recommendations on mobility during the concert

⦁ Arrive at the event preferably by SITP or Transmilenio. It is suggested to avoid the use of private vehicles.

⦁ Please note that the Mobility Department will not authorize vehicle stops on Av. NQS in front of the El Campín stadium; the authorized passenger pick-up and drop-off zones will be those marked as SITP and public transport stops in the normal operation of the system.

⦁ Schedule trips and activities on July 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2024 in the sectors affected by the development of the activity.

⦁ Follow the instructions of the Traffic Police, the organization’s staff and the staff of the District Mobility Secretariat on the affected roads, in order to minimize the impact that the activity may cause.

⦁ Pay attention to the signage that the event organizers will provide to inform you of road closures and detours.

⦁ Use non-motorized modes of transport such as bicycles and walking, as well as public transport.
