Days after the macabre discovery, which has shocked the community of that neighborhood, the authorities announced the identity of the person as Luis Eduardo Carlosama, who, as was known, lived in the Share neighborhood.

According to the information available, Luis Eduardo was working as a transporter and his whereabouts were unknown since last Tuesday, November 14, when he went to work.
The vehicle he worked on, and which was his property, was found abandoned in Santander de Quilichao.
The body, at the time of discovery, was already in a state of decomposition.
For their part, the authorities are carrying out investigative work to clarify the events that occurred. Likewise, his family asks that the murder of Luis Eduardo not go unpunished and that the people responsible be brought to justice.
