Guanajuato, Guanajuato; November 21, 2023.- The Institute of Public Health of the State of Guanajuato (ISAPEG) and the Health Workers Union section 37 agreed on a new program of the New Work Culture.
The Declaration was signed by the head of the Health System, Dr. Daniel Díaz Martínez and the General Secretary of the Union section 37, José Martín Cano Martínez.
Every organization has a culture that distinguishes and identifies it, which concludes certain types of actions and behaviors. Now with this new organizational culture, a strengthening component stands out in the Gto Health System, as agreed by both parties.
The Secretary of Health added that the main objective of this new work culture is to outline the agency as the best public health system in Mexico through the potentialization of human and technical-professional development of health personnel, which the owner reiterated, is the most important part of the entire system.
That the medical personnel be recognized and that their capabilities be enhanced so that the people of Guanajuato have unbeatable medical care.
The new Work Culture is governed by the following guidelines: Be more human than ever. Practice behaviors that ensure dignified treatment among staff and for those who receive health services.
Generate commitment and identity in employment with the development of actions that add value to the institution and strengthen the sense of belonging.
Transform workplaces into development communities, promote a culture of peace that generates favorable work environments with shared responsibility.
Productivity as a result of training and promoting staff participation in actions that generate favorable work environments with shared responsibility.
It is worth mentioning that of the 24 thousand workers that the Gto Health System has, more than 20 thousand health professionals have a job base.
