Florida, Nov 21.- Nearly 130 telephone agents spread across the 11 Popular Councils of the municipality of Florida, collaborate with the Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) in the collection of important services such as telephone bills, sale of cards and recharges for mobile phones , among other features that make customers’ lives easier.
The head of the ETECSA center in the territory, Alexis Rabí, highlighted the important role played by the new economic actors in each community, for contributing directly to the banking process that is carried out in the country, due to the payment of all services through the different electronic platforms.
The director of the entity emphasized the fact that Telecommunications Agents greatly reduce the presence of clients in the commercial office and consequently the cash payment for the services offered there, which makes ETECSA the main promoting entity. of the computerization process of Cuban society.
Based on the experiences generated by the impact of Covid-19, the company insists on betting on digital transformation, and being an indispensable addition to the current process of banking operations in the territory.
