The former seminarian is accused of having participated in the arson attack on the farm White Houselocated in the Las Araucarias sector, in Carahue, registered on October 25, 2021.

The prosecutor Miguel Rojas Thiele argued in his presentation that the participation of the former Jesuit in the events investigated was verified through the photographic recognition of one of the victims of the attack, another witness whose identity is kept confidential, telephone conversations taken from a cell phone, a video of the attack uploaded to social networks, among other elements.
Because he is a danger to society and does not have a previous irreproachable character, having acted in a group or gang, the prosecutor asked the magistrate Carlos Jeria Montoya preventive detention for the accused. To which the court agreed.

A period of two months was set for the closure of the investigation, in which ballistics tests and other procedures will be carried out on a cell phone, three notebooks and two memory cards, in addition to two radio communications devices seized from the accused.
