The National Tax Service Office (ONAT) in Artemisa warns about the voluntary deadline for the presentation of the Affidavit (DJ), until April 30.
The following have this tax obligation: self-employed workers, artists, social communicators, workers in foreign branches, designers and agricultural producers.
The models to use are the DJ-08 and the DJ-12, the latter only for agricultural producers.

The presentation of the DJ constitutes a formal duty and a fiscal obligation of the taxpayer himself before the Tax Administration. The legal document cannot present amendments or deletions and must be signed by the taxpayer.
The sworn declarations are submitted to the ONAT of the municipality, according to the tax domicile that corresponds to the taxpayer and the payment is made at any bank branch using the CR-09 form or through electronic payment gateways such as Transfermóvil, with a discount of 3 % of the total amount to pay.
