“The activity aims to work on memory collectively. We all have a memory of the flood. The one who didn’t flood had a family member, a friend, an acquaintance. In the following days we all went out to lend a hand, to bring blankets or food to the evacuee centers. I think we have to continue talking about what happened to us and what better than art to give us a broader look at the issue,” said councilor Laura Mondino (PS), a member of Nexo.

Local artists who shaped an intervention on different spaces at the study center headquarters and who invite us to remember and build collective memory will participate in the exhibition.

There will also be an entrepreneur fair, interactive activities, testimonials and live music with Mauro Bertotti (guitar and voice) and Luciano Stizzoli (piano and voice).

Nexus

The study center Nexus. Territory of ideas It is a space for participation and critical thinking that aims to activate current social, cultural and political discussions that are necessary to build a society with more opportunities.

The objective is to think from Santa Fe capital, and in line with other similar spaces in the rest of the province, initiatives that enhance the cultural and social processes of our region. This study center has three main areas of work: Education and Culture; Production and Work; and Environment and Habitat.

To face a deep and impactful debate, representatives at the regional and national level on these topics have been convened; organizing debate cycles, audiovisual projections and, fundamentally, working in an articulated manner with all the people and institutions, in the city and its area of ​​influence, that are interested in being part of this space and its proposals.
