Vicente “N”, better known as “The little devil” was linked to process after the disclosure of evidence presented by agents of the Public Ministry of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP), before a Judge who determined that there is sufficient evidence for him to face justice for the crime of qualified homicide of the Medina Shark.
“El diablito” is accused of having allegedly participated in the armed attack on March 11, in the General I. Martínez neighborhood, the life of Fernando “N”, also known as he shark Medina.
“During the hearing of connection to the process, the evidence data that the Prosecutor’s Office has were provided, and the judging authority was requested to be linked to the process with justified preventive detention, which was granted,” the prosecutor’s office explained through a release. The judge ordered that the criminal process take place in a period of no more than three months.
On April 10, in a routine operation in the capital of Potosí, agents of the state Civil Guard managed to capture Leonardo Vicente “N”, better known as “El diablito”, after he was traveling in a vehicle with glass. polarized, a situation that aroused the interest of the officers who stopped him and after reviewing the unit, as well as corroborating the identity of the subject, they realized that he was the alleged perpetrator of the murder of Tiburon, in addition to the fact that he was found carrying of weapons and drugs.

The shark Medina was shot to death on March 11 around 1 in the afternoon in the General I. Martínez neighborhood, in front of his gym. The incident was reported by the residents of the site.
Days after the event, the head of the State Attorney General’s Office, José Luis Ruiz Contreras confirmed that there were at least two people who opened fire on the shark, and that it could be revenge.
Fernando “N”, alias the shark Medina became a viral profile throughout Mexico after in July 2023 he showed himself through a video on social networks brutally beating a 15-year-old Subway worker for having asked him to wait his turn. The shark was on the run for a couple of days and was finally detained in the capital, and in December 2023 it was released after the case was reclassified.
