“El Diablito”, alleged murderer of “El Tiburón” in SLP, is linked to the trial

The judge ordered that the criminal process take place in a period of no more than three months.

The shark Medina was shot to death on March 11 around 1 in the afternoon in the General I. Martínez neighborhood, in front of his gym. The incident was reported by the residents of the site.

Days after the event, the head of the State Attorney General’s Office, José Luis Ruiz Contreras confirmed that there were at least two people who opened fire on the shark, and that it could be revenge.

Fernando “N”, alias the shark Medina became a viral profile throughout Mexico after in July 2023 he showed himself through a video on social networks brutally beating a 15-year-old Subway worker for having asked him to wait his turn.
