In Guadalupe, south of Huila, an act of violence was recorded last Saturday around noon, which claimed the life of a man identified as Alexander Meneses.
Alexander Meneses, a 45-year-old man dedicated to farm workfound his destiny abruptly cut short when armed men intercepted him while he was traveling on his motorcycle along the roads that connect the Guapotón village with the urban area of the municipality.
According to preliminary reports, Meneses, drove a motorcycle with DXY-54G plates, when he was approached by armed individuals who, without saying a word, shot him repeatedly, ending his life in an instant. What should have been an everyday trip turned into an unexpected tragedy.

The authorities, alerted by the report of the crime, did not take long to respond. Teams of forensics were deployed to the crime scene, carrying out investigations and urgent procedures to clarify the facts. Meneses’ body was transferred to Forensic Medicine, where the pertinent rigorous work will be carried out in search of answers that can shed light on this unfortunate event.
Meanwhile, on social media, a wave of condolences has flooded the profiles of those who knew Meneses, expressing their dismay at the loss and demanding justice for him and his family.
