Cienfuegos, Cuba. – The workers of the Education, Science and Sports Union will lead in this city the parade and central concentration of May Day, International Workers’ Day, which will take place in the beautiful Plaza de Actos, in front of the boardwalk following the motto central For Cuba Together We Create.
Zuleima Madrazo Ordoñez, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of said union, highlights the experiences of the Union immersed in the decoration and beautification of all workplaces, by their groups, already very close to the date of the proletariat.
“In the same way, we undertake the Organic Process of the 22nd Congress of the CTC, he says, and the preparation of union balances, in order to strengthen each union section seeking the best functioning.”
“I think it is appropriate for our union to flood social networks with revolutionary acts, together with all the activities carried out in each of our centers.”
Likewise, Leticia Águila Roque, General Secretary of the Food and Fisheries Industry Union refers to the motivations driving the processes, based on the need to diversify productions. Highlights include sporting events, workshops on initiatives that will be presented in the parade, together with the recognition of workers and union leaders, highlighting the groups Vanguardias Nacionales, Embotelladora Ciego Montero and the ASTISUR Basic Business Unit.
