“It is because the regulations promote compulsive discounting, which is without consultation, to the Federation of Retirees,” stated the president of the ATE Entre Ríos retiree center, Juana Ábalos. “And we request that the discount not be compulsive, but rather that it be voluntary,” she completed.
For Ábalos, the regulations are “unconstitutional” and therefore requests its repeal or modification, for which a preliminary draft will be presented to the Legislative Branch. Furthermore, he commented that notes have already been sent to Governor Rogelio Frigerio and the president of the Retirement Fund, Gastón Bagnat, so that the situation can be reviewed.
“As soon as you retire, they immediately deduct the code 700 and it is a law that applies from 1975,” commented Ábalos and stated: “We do not want retirees who are so precarious to have their hand in their pockets.”
Those interested in joining the claim can complete a form that is available at the ATE Entre Ríos headquarters, 59 Colón Street in Paraná.
