“In the Valley we have zero tolerance for animal abuse! We strongly reject the decision to inspect Jamundí Police to order Kiara’s return to the place where she was a victim of abuse. We oppose this decision and we will continue, as we have done until now, fighting so that Kiara and her puppies have a protective home,” published Lizeth Parra, deputy technical director of management support at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Valley.
“We ask the Government, the Mayor’s Office and the Inspection that is handling Kiara’s legal process to report why the dog was returned to her alleged abuser, taking into account that while carrying out the process they must safeguard the life of Kiara and her puppies.
