On the morning of this Wednesday, an unfortunate event occurred on Route 12, in front of the City Park in Posadas, leaving one fatal victim, as reported by the Ninth Police Station of Regional Unit X.
At approximately 6 in the morning, authorities received an alert about an abandoned 110 CC motorcycle, with no visible identification plate. At the scene, the lifeless body of the alleged motorcycle driver was found, while a companion was transferred to Madariaga Hospital to receive medical attention.
After obtaining information for the investigation from an auxiliary officer of the Motorized Police, the search began for the driver of a Renault Fluence, who had fled after the accident. The vehicle was located and confiscated by members of the Western Command at the intersection of Quaranta Avenue and 141st Street.
