USECIC agents who were carrying out a checkpoint for people and vehicles entering the bottle zone, proceeded to stop a Hyundai brand passenger car. After that, the agents proceeded to intervene the weapons that have been deposited at the disposal of the authority, and the driver of the vehicle was proposed for sanction for serious violation of the Law for the Protection of Citizen Security, specifically article 36.10 for: carrying , display or use prohibited weapons, as well as carry, display or use weapons in a negligent, reckless or intimidating manner, or outside the places authorized for their use, even if in the latter case there was a license, provided that such conduct does not constitute an infraction penal.
For this reason, the Civil Guard reminds us that it is totally prohibited to carry any type of weapon, real or simulated, knives or similar, by any person who goes to public establishments or places of leisure, meeting, concentration, recreation or recreation.
