Neiva Council summoned to extraordinary sessions

Through Decree 0271, Mayor Germán Casagua Bonilla called on lobbyists to process six draft agreements.

With the objective of processing 3 projects in the first debate and 3 in the second debate, the mayor of Neiva summoned the Municipal Council to extraordinary sessions for a period of 21 days

The sessions will be held on May 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 2024 and seek to put into process the initiatives classified as important for the administrative functioning of the city.

The projects that will be presented for first debate are:

– “Through which the Municipal Development Plan 2024 – 2027 “Actions to recover Neiva” is adopted

– ⁠” Through which an addition is made to the budget of income and expenses for the period 2024, modifying the annex to Municipal Decree 1195 of 2023” Through which the general budget of income and income and capital resources is settled and expenses and investments of the municipality of Neiva for the fiscal period of the year two thousand twenty-four (2024), contemplated in the Development Plan “citizen mandate, territory of life and peace 2020-2023”

– “Through which pro tempore powers are granted to the mayor of the municipality of Neiva to advance the modernization of the central municipal administration and other provisions are issued”

For second debate

– “Through which some transfers are made in the expense budget for the 2024 period, modifying the annex to Municipal Decree 1195 of 2023” “Through which the general budget of income and income and capital resources and expenses is settled and investments of the municipality of Neiva for the fiscal period of the year two thousand twenty-four (2024), contemplated in the Development Plan “citizen mandate, territory of life and peace 2020-2023”

– ⁠ “By which the mayor of the municipality of Neiva – Huila is authorized to establish autonomous assets through commercial trust contracts, transferring two (2) real estate properties for the development of social housing projects”

– “By which articles 2, 3 and 6 of the Municipal Agreement No. 004 of 2016 are modified and other provisions are issued on the Municipal Council of Culture of Neiva”

The session on May 2 will take place starting at 8:00 am
