“The call from the community alerts the surveillance patrol about a person who, apparently, is leaving a black bag, when verifying it, Inside is the body of the woman, who was allegedly missing since Sunday.“said Colonel Carlos Oviedo, commander of the Cali Metropolitan Police.

“The community attacks the man, the police protect him, take him to a medical center, and he is left at the disposal of the authorities,” added the commander.
