This week, small outbreaks of water were recorded on Provincial Route 1 on the paved road on the side that goes towards the city of Santa Fe.

The specific sector in which the disturbance was observed was at Los Fresnos Street, in Colastiné Norte.

The amount of water this Wednesday was not superlative, but it is a possible indication of a larger problem on the highway that connects the towns on the Santa Fe coast.

Below the street in question, which only extends about 250 meters to the west of Route 1, a secondary water extraction pipe extends into the Colastiné River.

The water on the pavement, which has a brownish color, would not belong to accumulations from recent rainfall in the La Capital department.

This Thursday, May 2, no presence of water was detected at this point, except for the brief precipitation at the beginning of the day.

Aguas Santafesinas SA indicated that this is a situation previously detected and that it would not imply major complications in the route. In addition, ASSA clarified that it already intervened this Wednesday in said sector and new tasks are planned.

The appearance of water occurs after an alteration in pressure, which has already been solved by Aguas when one of the pieces intervened within the framework of a routine process in different conduits.
