Bogotá DC May 2, 2024. The Director of Social Prosperity Gustavo Bolívar Moreno and the Governor of Cundinamarca, Jorge Emilio Rey Ángel met to conclude an alliance that promotes the economic and social development of the region, the articulation between the two entities and the development of actions and infrastructure works that allow improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the poorest and most forgotten municipalities of Cundinamarca.
The general director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca CAR, Alfred Ignacio Ballesteros, participated in this meeting, who joins this alliance to provide environmental sustainability to the works; In the coming days, the Government of Cundinamarca and the liaison of mayors of Social Prosperity, Francisco Máltes, will call a meeting with the 116 mayors of the department to define the technical aspects of the formulation of the projects to be developed.
This meeting marks the beginning of joint work to positively transform the reality of the region.
Social Prosperity continues to strengthen territorial actions through the materialization of alliances with the Government of Cundinamarca seeking to generate comprehensive interventions where citizen and community participation is representative around the social and environmental component.
