Mental health is a priority for the Government of Risaralda and the University Mental Hospital of the region presents the new friendly telephone line, an initiative dedicated to providing emotional support and psychological guidance to all those people who feel sad, anxious or simply need to talk with someone.

“It is with great joy that we want to share with you that the Línea Amiga is now operational. In this line there is a team of experts and qualified professionals who provide support, accompaniment and guidance in all situations that may arise in daily life. You can contact us through line 606340034, we are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. With this we want to ratify our commitment to mental health and to an efficient, affordable, warm and humanized service; “We hope to provide support, help and accompaniment to everyone whenever they need it,” explained Beatriz Elena Villegas, manager of the Risaralda University Mental Hospital.

A team of highly trained professionals is available to offer emotional support, active listening and psychological guidance to those who need it. In addition, the line is now under the management of the Risaralda University Mental Hospital, ensuring quality service and commitment to mental health care.

“All of the professionals who serve the Line are psychologists willing to listen to you, talk to you and support you on any mental health issue that affects you or your family. If you have a feeling of sadness, pain due to a loss, separation or difficult situation and you feel that you need help and to talk to someone, do not hesitate to contact us: the Risaralda Friendly Line. Communication is private, confidential, unless you are in danger, in which case we will activate institutional help routes to support you.
