On the 23rd day of April 2024, Dr. RAMIRO BAUTISTA CAPADOR, of legal age, identified with citizenship card No. 17,339,613 of Villavicencio, practicing lawyer, with card, submitted an application to the Fourth Notary of the Villavicencio Circle. professional No. 255,231 of the CSJ, representing the interested parties within the succession of the deceased ANDRES BEJARANO FERNANDEZ (RIP), who in life identified himself with citizenship card number 73,090,743, who died on November 29, 2020, in the city of Bogotá DC, and whose last domicile and main seat of business was the city of Villavicencio (Meta).
ANDRES RICARDO BEJARANO LOPERA, LADY MELISA BEJARANO LOPERA, LUISA MARIA BEJARANO LOPERA, who act as heir children, and MARIA YAMILA ZAMBRANO MONTALVO, who acts as the surviving permanent companion of the deceased within the aforementioned, were presented as interested parties in this succession.
