Citizen Participation received the municipal team from the city of Córdoba

The Secretary of Citizen Participation and Community Relations, Ivan Mizzaureceived Juan Domingo Viola and his team from the Secretariat of Citizen Participation and Youth of the City of Córdoba.

The meeting took place in the offices of the Secretariat, where experiences and results of the public programs and policies implemented throughout the province were shared.

Mizzau highlighted the importance of gaining new perspectives on community engagement work, and praised the progress made by Córdoba city officials in this regard. In addition, he expressed his gratitude to the mayor of Córdoba, Daniel Passerini, for the invitation to the 24th Conference of the International Observatory of Participatory Democracy, scheduled for May 2025. This event will bring together local and regional leaders, academics and representatives of civil society with in order to strengthen participatory democracy.

The municipal secretary of the Córdoba town, Juan Domingo Viola, highlighted that the purpose of this meeting is to collaborate in the implementation of joint actions that strengthen the ongoing programs, both in Salta and in Córdoba Capital.

The delegation included Juan Pedro Battaglino, municipal director of Institutional Strengthening, and other members of the Secretariat team.

On behalf of the provincial secretariat, Santiago Alurralde, undersecretary of the organization, César Segura, Director of Programs, and Noelia Nieva, Coordinator of Cooperatives, were present.
