Disoriented, but in good health, the young university student Brayan Ramiro Castillo Cáceres, 19, who had been kidnapped on May 15 in the town of Once Reses, appeared this morning in the Morrocoy Park in Aguachica. rural area of ​​the municipality of Río de Oro, south of Cesar.

The information was confirmed by Colonel Eduardo Chamorro, commander of the Police in Cesar, who assured that the release of the Environmental Engineering student at the UPC occurred at approximately 9:00 in the morning.

“From the first moment the facts became known, our Gaula of the National Police was in charge of the case, in which good investigative progress is being made that will allow the clarification of the facts and the capture of those responsible,” said the colonel.

It is important to remember that in this case, the authorities offered a reward of up to 30 million pesos for information that would allow them to locate those who kidnapped the young man. Likewise, public forces had deployed intensive search operations from the moment of the kidnapping, carrying out controls and patrols in strategic areas in the south of Cesar and Catatumbo.
