16 companies in Manizales have begun a series of intensive training as part of the 20th cohort of the Vender Más program, organized by the Manizales Chamber of Commerce for Caldas (CCMPC) and operated by Manizales Más. This program aims to strengthen and improve the commercial skills of entrepreneurs and their work teams.

Diana Marcela Patino, CCMPC Municipal Assistance professional, commented: “We started this cohort with companies from the city of Manizales, who are here to train, get to know each other and support each other. It is a training that allows them to have strategies among their commercial teams that take them to another level.”

The program includes a training route that is carried out in seven weekly sessions. These sessions are designed to strengthen the capabilities of entrepreneurs through modules such as: aligning sales strategy, digital marketing, systematizing and scaling the sales process, pitching, leading the commercial team and distribution channels.

Alejandra Cardonafacilitator in the Vender Más program, said: “We start with wonderful companies that come to learn about commercial skills, their strategic commitment and how to approach a marketing plan and all the processes that surround growth through sales.” .
