Throughout the month of May, the Provincial Literacy Plan at the primary level began a new stage of continuous teacher training.

“Literacy is part of one of the fundamental pillars of our educational management. Along these lines, starting this week, we will have virtual meetings with first cycle teachers, directors, comprehensive guidance teachers, auxiliary teachers and librarians,” highlighted the primary level director of the CGE, Diana Carmarán, adding “we are happy because all the schools from Entre Ríos are already receiving the books from the plan intended for first, second and third grade children.”

In addition to the virtual meetings, from this Wednesday, May 22 to Friday, May 31, face-to-face meetings will be held in all departments of the province.

“Mayo finds us working fully, from the operational and logistical side and also from the pedagogical side in these training meetings and with the support of the counselors. Teachers are not only worrying about the literacy of their children but, above all, taking care of themselves, and this is evident in these days. Their commitment and enthusiasm gives us a lot of satisfaction” remarked Adriana Gómer, pedagogical reference for the plan.

At the same time, in May the second meeting will be held with teachers from 4th category rural schools and Single Personnel of the Paraná department, in the subnodes of Paraná, Crespo, Cerrito, María Grande and Viale.
