The mayor of Puebloviejo, accompanied by representatives of the Civil Registry, highlighted the importance of this type of initiatives to strengthen the identity and rights of citizens.

In a joint effort between the Mayor’s Office of Puebloviejo, Magdalena and the Civil Registry, an identification campaign was carried out with notable success in the community of San Juan.

This initiative, which aimed to facilitate access to identity documents for the inhabitants of the area, benefited children, young people and older adults, providing an essential service for social inclusion and the exercise of citizen rights.

During the day, the community responded positively, coming in large numbers to the service point. The campaign not only allowed many people to obtain their citizenship card for the first time, but also facilitated the renewal and updating of documents for those who already possessed them. The collaboration between the Citizen Mayor’s Office and the Civil Registry was essential to guarantee the efficiency and coverage of the service, ensuring that no one was left without the required attention.
