Cut in the center of Neuquén capital for teaching march this Thursday: Until when will there be no classes?

The Confederation of Education Workers of the Argentine Republic (CTERA) announced a 24-hour strike for this Thursday at all educational levels. The purpose is to complain about the salary delay and the absence of a call for a national joint meeting by the Milei government. In Neuquén there will be a march in the city center to make the claim visible.

The ATEN teaching union of Neuquén joined unemployment for this Thursday and will gather at 11 at the San Martín monument to march through the city center.

Among the demands that mobilize the protest are: the request for parity, the restitution of the FONID, sending resources for school infrastructure, sending funds for school cafeterias, financing for Educational Programs and more.

The teachers of Cutral Co reported that they will join the protest in the capital.

This mobilization will be joined by Neuquén clinic workers gathered in the Association of Argentine Health Workers (ATSA).

The call for health workers is for 12, also at the monument to San Martín. From the union they said that the idea is to “accompany the teaching strike.” This sector has been on strike since Wednesday for 72 hours.
