The Innovative Caesar; the efficient and modern Cesar; the Cesar woven with social well-being; and the safe and reliable Cesar; These are the four axes on which the great commitments of the departmental administration are based, to continue closing social and economic gaps in this territory.

“This document generates, determines and commits a Departmental Government to continue directing this territory along lines of development, harmony, peace and especially public investment; I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this new endorsement of democracy; deputies who have made the individual decision to vote for the Development Plan and who for the most part determine that the Cesar Government has a new tool to continue doing the same in favor of the people of Cesar,” said President Sanjuan Dávila.

For his part, the president of the Cesar Assembly, José Mario Rodríguez Barriga, pointed out that: “The truth is that it is a very ambitious Development Plan, but also grounded by the economy of our department, we have big bets; The Governor said it, a more humane Cesar; Here we are betting on that nucleus such as the family, and we began to work, to visit the entire department, to listen to the needs of the communities and today, hand in hand with the departmental administration, we have managed to listen to the communities and translate into that I document what the main needs are, the main complaints of the ordinary citizen, of the leaders of the department, and I think it is a well-compiled document with which we are going to work in the coming years in the best way.”

Orlando Ortiz, vice president of the Territorial Planning Council, indicated that “we think the approval of the Development Plan is important because it synthesizes the needs and aspirations of the different sectors, which from now on will be made visible in this document that includes or includes each one.” of the initiatives that each of them expressed, to overcome the needs in the department.”

The mayor of La Paz, Wilson Rincón, stated that “this is a roadmap that will allow the Government of Cesar to bring benefits to the inhabitants of this territory; Today the Departmental Duma and the Government of Cesar have given us the opportunity to be able to express out loud, all the felt needs that the municipalities have in drinking water, in health, in tertiary roads, in social investment, which are the critical points “neuralgics that the territory has today, so that this Development Plan can be executed, and we are sure that these needs are immersed within the specific goals that the Government has for Cesar today in the Development Plan.”
