With a penalty goal in the last minute of the match, the Atlántico U-15 Team rescued a 2-2 draw in a game that they did not deserve to lose against Antioquia, on the second date of the final phase of the National Interleague Football Championship, which It is disputed in Cartagena.

The Atlanticenses began winning at minute 2 of the complementary period. Leyner Liñán took a free kick, Orlan Villero stood up near the penalty spot and connected with a header that went into the goalkeeper’s upper right corner.

The Antioqueños also equalized with a header, just three minutes later, through Juan José Cataño.

Antioquia took the lead on the scoreboard at 12′. Samuel Herrera took advantage of a defensive error and scored.

Those led by coach Gian Carlos Torres went on the attack and found the possibility of tying when the referee awarded a handball by Nicolás Caro as a penalty.

Darwin Torres took charge of the charge and converted it with a strong shot to the right side of the goalkeeper, who launched himself to that side.

In the first game of the day, Córdoba beat Tolima 5-1. The Tolimenses were left with no chance of qualifying for the semifinals after losing the two games they played.

Antioquia and Atlántico lead Group B with 4 points. Córdoba is third with 3.

Atlántico on Thursday on the last date will face the Cordobans (1:00 pm) in a direct duel for classification. A draw will be enough for the Atlanticenses to get into the semifinals.
