The Colombian Navy and Air Force4,919 kilos of cocaine were seizedbecause they were transported in two semi-submersibles in the waters of the Pacific Ocean, in the department of Nariño (border with Ecuador), military sources reported this Sunday.

“In the interdiction, which was possible thanks to aerial surveillance, 4,919 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride were seized, which They intended to be transported by drug trafficking organizations“the Navy detailed in a statement.

The first boat was manned by three Colombian citizens, that before being caught they had opened two valves on the semi-submersible to try to sink it with their 2,700 kilos of cocaine they were transporting.
