The Ministers of Product Development, Gustavo Puccini, and Education, José Goity, announced this Monday the extension of the Educational Ticket (BE) from June for teachers of private kindergartens.
In principle, it was reported that the measure will be applied in Rosario because the municipality provided the data on its authorized gardens. In this sense, the provincial government invited all gardens to, through the municipalities and communes of each locality, provide the information of their workers to process the BE and continue expanding the benefit.
Minister Puccini stated that having new beneficiaries of the Educational Ticket shows that the provincial government “understands the situation we are living in and the pocketbook of each person. Incorporating the work of private kindergarten teachers in the investment that the province of Santa Fe allocates to education and this program is a recognition of the work they do.”
“Four months after its launch, it is a pride to affirm that today the Province accompanies and supports the educational trajectory of 320,000 students, teachers and companions from Santa Fe. And from today and even in a very complex context, we are going for more,” said the official.
“Among all of us, we are making a very big effort to administer the State in the most efficient way possible so that these things can be carried out,” said the minister; At the same time, he specified that “the province of Santa Fe invested more than 4,000 million in 2024 in the Boleto Educativo program. We continue to bet on education and work so that the resources of each Santa Fe resident are invested in the best possible way, this is one of them,” Puccini concluded.
In turn, Goity reflected: “We go through difficulties and those are the moments in which we have to work and bring out the best values that we have as a community and society. Therefore, here we find ourselves before a political representation that is genuinely involved with the large, medium and small problems of the people of Santa Fe.”
“I want to highlight the importance of the complex and the garden system, which are some private and others public, because the educational process is unique and unrepeatable and requires a lot of professionalism and effort,” the minister remarked.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of Transportation, Renata Ghilotti, highlighted that “we are coordinating with various municipalities and communes to implement it throughout the province. We start in Rosario, where today you can begin to manage the benefit on the Government website. “In this way, they can access two free tickets per day to access their jobs.”
“The Educational Ticket is one of the most important programs that our secretariat has, which is at the service of education. Therefore, by expanding it, in Rosario more than a thousand people from more than 160 institutions, both public and private, will be able to access this benefit,” Ghilotti pointed out.
Finally, president of the Municipal Council of Rosario, María Eugenia Schmuck, stated that “when we presented the proposal to extend the benefit to kindergarten teachers to the provincial government, they immediately told us yes. “This is the government management we were waiting for.”

The BE aims to guarantee the arrival of students, teachers and school assistants from educational establishments throughout the province, thus eliminating a potential barrier to access to education.
