The owners of the property where the offices of Anses on Eusebio Blanco Street in the City of Mendoza they claim a million-dollar debt from the national organization that covers the previous and current administration. The non-compliance dates back to July 2023 and after several collection attempts, Mutual Ferroviaria notified those responsible for the distribution through a document letter requesting the regularization of the debt and eviction from the place.

The building located at 450 Eusebio Blanco Street is owned by Mutual Ferroviaria and for years the headquarters offices of Anses Udai. As stated in the letter document sent by the owners of the property, the national department owes the rent for it since July 2023 and the sum of the liabilities exceeds 20 million pesos, including punitive interest for late payment.

“On May 17, a document letter was sent informing Anses to pay the debt for occupation of the property mentioned at 450 Eusebio Blanco Street in the City of Mendoza and we did not receive a response. On June 5, they were ordered again to vacate the building within a period of 30 calendar days, but the Anses Contracting area did not respond to us,” said the representatives of Mutual Ferroviaria, adding that “neither the previous nor the current management is charge of the liabilities that continue to accumulate”.

The amount owed is $19,620,000 without counting punitive interest for late payment and corresponds to the debts for the month of July 2023 ($880,000), August ($880,000), September ($880,000), October ($880,000), November ($2,300,000), December ($2,300,000), January 2024 ($2,300,000), February ($2,300,000), March ($2,300,000). April ($2,300,000) and May ($2,300,000).

The document letter issued adds that the distribution must regularize the debt, vacate the property within a period of 30 days and deliver the certificates of freedom from tax and service debt under warning of initiating legal actions for eviction before the corresponding Federal Court.
