Saturday started with a minimum of 13 degrees.

The sunny and hot days seem to have been left behind in the Tucumán autumn. The National Meteorological Service (SM) anticipated a cloudy day with a chance of rain.

A similar trend would be recorded tomorrow, when Father’s Day is celebrated throughout the country, with temperatures that would range between 15 and 19 degrees.

The climatic phenomenon that affected a large part of the trans-Andean country with intense rains and winds moved towards our territory. While on the other side of the Cordillera it caused one death and more than 6,000 victims.

The Chilean Minister of the Interior, Carolina Tohá, stated that “the worst of this frontal system is behind us, but we cannot let our guard down.” The phenomenon affected the regions of Valparaíso and Metropolitana, in the center of the country; in addition to O’Higgins, El Maule and BioBío, in the south.
