The Cali Mobility Secretariat The draft of the peak and plate decree that will be implemented in the second half of 2024 is now available for citizen consultation.
Through it, temporary measures are adopted for the better organization of the traffic of motor vehicles on public and private roads, open to the public in the special, sports, cultural, tourist, business and services district of the city.
The district Mobility Secretariat reported that it will be available for five business days to receive and consider all contributions from citizens.
According to the Mayor’s Office, with the publication of this draft, prior to the entry into force of the decree, the Cali transit agency complies with the provisions of article 8 of the Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Litigation (Law 1437 of 2011 ), which requires informing the general public about measures that affect citizens.
The restriction will be applied one hour less, that is, it goes from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm This is how it would look for the second semester of this year:
