Neiva, capital of the department of Huila, is preparing to receive thousands of tourists and residents during the festivities of San Juan and San Pedro, one of the most emblematic folklore celebrations in southern Colombia. From June 14 to July 1, the city will be filled with music, dance, craft fairs and cultural events that highlight the rich Huilense tradition and that will bring renowned artists.

The Bambuco Festival in San Juan and San Pedro It is the heart of these festivities, honoring both the patron saints and the peasant culture of the region. This musical genre, traditional from the Colombian Andes, merges with a variety of events such as band gatherings, flavor and craft fairs, folk dance festivals and concerts, culminating with the Coronation of the National Queen of Bambuco 2024 and a special show with artists like Ana Gabriel, Carín León, Silvestre Dangond, and more, at the LMP Arena.
