Gualeguaychú will be the scene of a technical visit by a delegation from the General Directorate of Industry and Industrial Parks of Entre Ríos and the Productive Parks Forum, which will include representatives of the three provinces of the Central Region.

The activities will be concentrated in the Gualeguaychú Industrial Park, where work meetings, a tour of common use spaces and visits to companies are planned.

The delegation will be led by the director of Industry and Industrial Parks, Cecilia Lacava, who will arrive with part of her team and members of the Productive Parks Forum. They will be received by the head of Codegu – Gualeguaychú Development Agency -, Tommy Fogg, and by the Secretary of Investment and Development of the Municipality, Estela Miño.

At the meetings there will be an exchange of experiences between the delegation, the aforementioned hosts, along with businessmen, developers, members of various institutions and officials.

“The idea is to develop a joint activity with the conviction that public and private synergy, the work between the actors of the territory, the municipalities, the agencies and organizations of the community that make their technical and academic contributions, can achieve the continuous improvement of the management processes of the productive parks,” the organizers noted.

In this context, the Productive Parks Forum encourages these technical visits that allow participants to understand, analyze and conclude on the actions to be carried out to strengthen management.

Particularly, the following thematic axes that cross the parks today will be addressed: economy, employment and investments; transportation, mobility and internal and external logistics; connectivity, communications and technologies; renewable energies and environment; security and territorial urban coexistence; and legal and regulatory aspects for its institutional organization.

From the Secretariat of Investments and Local Development, Estela Miño stated that “we follow Mauricio Davico’s management guidelines, so this visit is another unprecedented event for Gualeguaychú. A link that is intertwined with the reception of more than a hundred industrialists from the UIA Joven who visited the city a few weeks ago.”

For his part, Tommy Fogg highlighted the tour and arrival, both of the Entre Ríos officials and the delegation of the Central Region, and put it in the framework of “an Industrial Park and a city that have a lot to show and offer. Here there is a diverse range of opportunities and benefits for everyone who is willing to invest,” he concluded.
