The country is in suspense over Loan’s disappearance and the ongoing search to find the boy, born in Corrientes, who has not been seen since June 13. Ulises Jaitt, Natacha’s brother, shared a post she made in which she mentioned Carlos Pérez, from San Juan, one of those arrested.

Within the tweet, Natacha Jaitt wrote: “Sentime @rialjorge, now we are all going to laugh at your failed mafia in Comodoro Py. Do you remember, together with prosecutor Delgado and CP, Carlos Pérez falls? While you were laughing, you exposed my cell phone when I had not even gone in to testify for another deceived cause. “Everything comes,” she indicated.

Following this, Ulises Jaitt, her brother, quoted the post and added: “Natacha mentioned CARLOS PÉREZ, arrested in the Loan case, in 2018,” he said in reference to the disappearance of the 5-year-old boy who is being intensively searched for.

Who are those arrested for Loan’s disappearance?

Currently, Justice ordered the arrest of six people for Loan’s disappearance.

For the crime of “recruitment of people for the purposes of exploitation aggravated by the fact that the victim is a minor under 18 years of age”, the following are being detained preventively:

  • Carlos Guido Pérez: material author
  • María Victoria Caillava: material author
  • Bernardino Antonio Benítez (uncle): primary participant
  • Daniel Óscar Ramírez, alias “Fierrito”: primary participant
  • Mónica del Carmen Millapi: primary participant
  • For his part, Walter Adrián Maciel (commissioner) is detained on the charge of “concealment by royal favor qualified by the seriousness of the preceding crime and the author’s status as a public official, in his capacity as author.”
