The mayor Alejandra Rodriguez participated in a conversation on gender perspective and sexual diversity at the Territorial Secretariat of Lomas de Tafí. The activity took place within the framework of LGBT Pride Month.
“All municipal employees will be able to receive training and become aware of the issue of gender perspective and sexual diversity to provide the tools for dignified treatment and facilitate access to the rights of all citizens. The Deliberative Council declared Pride Month in Tafí Viejo to be of municipal interest as it is an event that aims to promote the acceptance of diversity. The basic notion of LGBT pride is that no person should be ashamed of themselves, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
