The Vice Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Juan Enrique Alcántara Medrano, and the Executive Director of the National Program of Youth Centers (PRONACEJ), Francisco Naquira Cornejo, made a supervisory visit to the El Tambo – Huancayo Youth Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center, in order to monitor the processes of youth social reintegration, as well as to learn about the needs of the youth center.

During the supervisory visit, the officials toured the facilities of the CJDR El Tambo – Huancayo to learn about the current conditions in which the development of the reintegration activities of adolescents who comply with socio-educational measures of internment is found. Likewise, they learned about the development of the adolescents through the exhibition of the products they make in the workshops of the youth center, and in turn, they supervised the carpentry, clothing, crafts, looms, food industries, electricity and computing and information technology workshops.

Likewise, the Vice Minister of Justice, Juan Enrique Alcántara and the Executive Director of PRONACEJ, Francisco Naquira, together with the Director of CJDR El Tambo – Huancayo, carried out the review of the security protocols of the youth center, in order to avoid acts that interfere with the resocialization process of the one hundred and seventy-one (171) adolescents in conflict with the criminal law that the youth center houses.

Furthermore, during the visit, the Vice Minister of Justice, the Executive Director of PRONACEJ and the Director of the Technical Productive Education Center (CETPRO) Mi Perú, Martin Arroyo Torres, through a formal ceremony, delivered the certification in textile manufacturing to seventeen (17) adolescents, who successfully completed their technical studies. It should be noted that this technical-productive training has benefited sixty-seven (67) adolescents who are fulfilling socio-educational measures of internment.

This formal act was held in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Justice, Juan Alcántara Medrano, the Executive Director of PRONACEJ, Francisco Naquira Cornejo, the Mayor of the El Tambo District, Julio César Llallico Colca, the Director of Justice and Religious Freedom, Eduardo Muga Melgarejo, the Regional Director of the Huancayo Regional Office, Eufemia Rodríguez Loaiza, the Director of the CJDR El Tambo – Huancayo, Ana Gago Gonzales, the Director of the Center for Productive Technical Education (CETPRO) Mi Perú, Martin David Arroyo Torres, the Director of the Center for Alternative Basic Education (CEBA) María Inmaculada, Luz Luna de la Roca.

Finally, the mayor of the El Tambo district, Julio César Llallico Colca, through Mayoral Resolution 124-2024MDT/A, presented a recognition as an illustrious visitor to the Vice Minister of Justice, Juan Enrique Alcántara Medrano.
