Human Diary | La Paz, Baja California Sur. –The Secretariat of Labor, Welfare and Social Development (STBYDS), through the Institute for Training of Workers of the State of Baja California Sur (ICATEBCS) and the National Employment Service in the State (SNEBCS), concluded two training courses on the subject of care “Quality and warmth in the public servant”, given to staff of the National Employment Service in Los Cabos, reported Cinthya Fátima Montufas Chávez, general director of the institute.

The courses were taught at the Industrial and Services Technological High School Center number 256 (CBTIS 256), where 17 trainees were able to handle formats for citizen service through attitudes, habits and values ​​promoted in the course “Quality protocol for citizen service.”

Later, in the second preparation, 17 participants of the course “Quality and warmth in public servants” learned to develop the quality and warmth of the services they provide to users through understanding universal values ​​and basic strategies, which contribute to maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace.

The closing of activities was attended by the head of the Secretariat of Labor, Welfare and Social Security, Omar Antonio Zavala Agúndez, the general director of ICATEBCS, Cinthya Fátima Montufas Chávez, the director of the SNE in the entity, Vladímir Torres Navarro, the Coordinator of the SNE Unit in Los Cabos, Alberto Téllez Sahuque, as well as Guadalupe Rojas, representative of the director of CBTIS 256.
