Ronan Dunne is a 21-year-old Irish rider with an impressive career path. Just three years ago, he had to finance his own racing season and of course pay for his bike and racing equipment out of his own pocket. Today, he is one of the biggest stars of downhill racing and a serious contender for the 2024 World Cup title.

Dunne is making his debut this season as a Mondraker Factory Racing Team rider, and he is doing so in style. He won the inaugural Red Bull Hardline in Tasmania earlier this year in Australia, then repeated his triumph at Red Bull Hardline in Wales, and also managed to win his first World Cup by winning the second round of the championship held in the Polish venue of Bielsko-Biala.

The Irish rider is one of the big favourites for the UCI Downhill World Cup and, as such, arouses interest wherever he races, both he and his spectacular bike, a Mondraker Summum that has already climbed onto the podium of some of the most extreme and technical races in the world and whose details we can see in this interesting video.
