Marlon did not disappoint last night and shone with their concert at the Exconxuraos, with the venue full. Their latest single, “Lucas y Marta”, which they had recently released in Gijón, during the Metrópoli festival, was not missing. The band gave it their all and Llanera responded, with the audience surrendering, without stopping dancing or singing at any time. The group describes itself as “a rebellious soul in search of a world of peace, love, good vibes and Rock & Roll” and they once again gave proof of this, leaving a mark with their presence on stage.

The band’s singer, Adrián Roma, shared with the audience his love for the gastronomy of his native Asturias. And he did so thoroughly, because he mentioned the exquisite dishes that the members of the group tasted during their visit: among his favorites he highlighted the fabada, the pote, the escalopines al Cabrales, the carne gobernada, the pitu caleya, the cider, the cachopo and of course the rice pudding, “requemado”.

Marlon took the stage just after 12:30 at night. Afterwards, the orchestra El Combo Dominicano and DJ Albert Novo offered a show that kept the party going until dawn.

Combo Dominicano, with their rhythm, managed to keep the spirits high. During their performance, the group threw t-shirts to the audience, a gesture that was very well received by the attendees, who had fun trying to catch one of these souvenirs as a memento.

Finally, at 4.15am, DJ Albert Novo took to the stage to close the night in style. His performance, which lasted until 5.45am, was the icing on the cake for Saturday’s evening.

The Exconxuraos festival in Llanera once again demonstrated why it is one of the most eagerly awaited events of the Asturian summer. With a perfect combination of good music, delicious food, a great festive atmosphere with a well-designed stage that recreates medieval times.
